ingredients & the scents

wax

I make my candles with a blend of soy wax and beeswax. The soy wax is produced from U.S.-grown soybeans, and the beeswax comes directly from one of the most respected beekeepers in the country. It’s naturally filtered (never chemically bleached), which means the color can vary from batch to batch—that’s part of its beauty. I carefully balance the soy and beeswax so that the natural honey aroma doesn’t overpower the fragrance of each candle.

wicks

My wicks are made from all natural ring spun cotton. Some have a light natural wax coating made from vegetable wax and beeswax. They never contain zinc, lead, or any other metals, just clean burning materials you can feel good about.

fragrance oils

The fragrance oils. I use are free from known organ toxins, acute toxins, and other concerning chemicals. They’re made with both natural and synthetic ingredients that meet industry-leading safety standards.

First thing I do when I get home is turn on the music and light a candle.

The Hive Scent

This exclusive candle was created especially for The Hive in Aspen. It blends my signature notes of rose and oud with owner Cynthia’s favorite blooms, magnolia and peony. The result is a fragrance that feels both lushly floral and deeply grounding. It is romantic yet refined, with a balance of softness and depth that lingers beautifully.

My Signature Scents

Summer

This is my signature fragrance, born from a love of contrasts. The soft, timeless beauty of rose is layered with the rich, grounding depth of oud. I add just a touch more rose, a personal tribute to my mom’s rose garden,
